Our Management Team

  • President, Cofounder, Wildlife Biologist

    Drew received a B.S. in Wildlife Science and Conservation Biology from SUNY Environmental Science and Forestry and has been working in the environmental consulting field since 2007. He has extensive experience conducting field surveys and population monitoring for sensitive species and resources including mammal, bird, and herpetofauna surveys, rare and invasive plant surveys, natural resource inventories, and wetland delineations. Drew is also a Qualified Bat Surveyor with 11 years of experience leading and coordinating habitat assessments, summer mist-net, fall swarming, and winter hibernacula surveys for listed bat species.

  • CEO, Cofounder, Ecologist

    Tracey obtained a B.S. in Biology from Shippensburg University and an M.S. in Ecology from Bucknell University. She has been an environmental consultant since 2011 coordinating and conducting rare and endangered species and other sensitive habitat surveys. Over the course of her career, responsibilities have included project coordination, coordination of field survey operations and crews, habitat and presence/absence surveys, collection and management of field data, and analysis and compilation of data into technical reports for clients and regulatory agencies. She is also experienced in project proposal writing, client and agency consultations, and habitat management recommendations and plans.

  • Vice President, Cofounder, Wildlife Biologist

    John obtained a B.S. in Biology/Zoology from Delaware Valley University where he assisted in various wildlife surveys including diamondback terrapin survival, saw-whet owl banding, monarch butterfly tagging, captive Allegheny woodrat studies, and songbird banding. John is a Qualified Bat Surveyor and has worked with bats since 2012, performing habitat assessments, spring migration, summer netting and tracking, and fall and winter hibernacula surveys throughout the eastern U.S. John’s experience also includes mammal, herpetofauna, and rare and invasive plants surveys, natural resource inventories, and wetland delineations.
